Hey there! Highly recommend buying from this site! They're high-quality, extremely responsive via email, and do great with their tracking updates. (I wasn't expecting them to have tracking!)
Site navigation: 10/10 - I found all products offered easily.
Customer service: 8/10 - I was replied to within a few days! I did end up emailing a second time as I was confused about something and got back a somewhat defensive response, but nothing that would make me go elsewhere.
Samples: 10/10 - I emailed for a code (worth 5 USD) to order samples and had no issue at all! Highly recommend this to skeptical buyers! (It does not cover shipping, however)
Payment Methods: 9/10 - They had a good few options, one of which is PayPal (my go-to for online stores for security reasons) so I was more than happy with em! Point taken off because they could expand the payment options to include a few more popular options.
Quality: 9/10 - I had no issue with blurry edges whatsoever! The image quality is clear as a lake on a calm day. I did notice a scratch or two on the pin when it arrived, but not a deal-breaker for me!
Process: 10/10 - Yes, it does take a long time, but the time it took to create and ship my items did not exceed what they stated, both for cutting the items and shipping them. I'm personally fine with a wait if it means I'm getting quality items. (And I did!)
Shipping: 100/10 - I wasn't expecting it to be tracked order at all, but it was?! Typically updated 2-3 hours after arriving somewhere, but hey, it was tracked! :D
