Can anyone walk me through ordering XD i'm a newbie and super overwhelmed...
Many first-time customers have lots of questions in mind.
Is my order placed correctly?
Is there any problem with my files?
How do I communicate my special requirements?
I’ve already placed my order, can I still make changes now?
Many first-time buyers are often held back by these worries and hesitate to take the first step. But the process is actually really simple! Our ordering and production processes are also highly flexible.
We’ve broken the whole process down into six easy stages:

1. Before ordering
Design Files Preparation
File requirements: 300 resolution, 1000 pixels or above, in CMYK color mode. If you upload files in RGB mode, the final product color will turn out darker than expected.

Vector original artwork is highly recommended.
Accepted file formats: PSD, PNG, AI, PDF, CDR.
If you export your file as JPG or other formats, the color mode may automatically revert to RGB. Please double-check your settings when exporting.
Select Product & Adjust Size
Before finalizing your purchase, please carefully read the product details and notes on the product page.
Some items require a special bleed margin (such as badges and posters), while others need layered files (like kiss-cut stickers). Please upload your design files in accordance with the respective requirements.
All sizes listed on our product pages are based on the longest side. For example, if you choose a 3inch keychain, the longest side of your design will be 3 inches, and the other side will be scaled proportionally. We recommend you preview how your design looks after scaling first, then make adjustments as needed.
Special Requirement
If you have any special requests, such as custom shapes, specific keyhole placement, or special accessories, please include them in your design file and let us know via the order notes.

2. During ordering
Upload Files
Please upload your design directly on the product page when placing your order. No further file uploads will be allowed after adding the item to cart.

If you want to order different designs, quantities and accessories for the same product, you may place each design on a separate layer in one PSD file. Please rename each layer in the format: Qty xx, Acc #xx. For example: Qty 5, Acc #10.
It’s okay if you don’t use PSD. You can put all your files into one compressed folder and upload it. Please also rename each design file following the format: Qty xx, Acc #xx.

Apply Discount Code
Please enter your discount/coupon code in your cart or checkout page, and make sure to click the Apply button. No coupon can be used after you complete checkout.
3. After ordering
After you place your order, we will receive it and start making the proof in the order of submissions.
If there are any issues with your files, we will notify you by email.
If you wish to modify your design or any order details at this stage, feel free to let us know!
4. Before approving the proof
We will send the proof to your registered email address. Please double-check that your email is correct and can receive incoming emails before placing your order.
Once we send you the proof, please carefully check the text content and review the proof image thoroughly.Please verify the cut lines, scaling ratio, dimensions, accessories, craftsmanship, and both front and back sides for any errors.
If anything looks off or you’re not 100% sure, please please please reject the proof! Once you accept it, we’ll jump straight into production right away!
When you decline the proof, please be sure to list all the changes you need. Otherwise, we won’t know what to adjust and will have to email you to confirm, which will waste a lot of your time.
5. After approving the proof
Once we see you’ve approved the proof, we’ll immediately start production. This means no further changes can be made to any order details, so please double-check everything carefully before approving.
After you confirm the proof, the next update you’ll receive will be our shipping notification.
6. After receiving the products
After receiving your package, please inspect the products for any defects right away.
We offer a 60-day warranty, calculated from the delivery date shown on our website. Please contact us promptly if you have any issues. We do not accept returned shipments unless we explicitly request you to send them back.
