Custom Epoxy Acrylic Keychains/Charms

I've been seeing Melody charms popping up on my Ig feed for quite sometime but wasn't interested since I wasn't familiar with the company. One day I decided to take a look at their page and saw a lot of my favorite artists follow them so I decided to give them a shot!

I ordered 2 of the same double sided design with front side glitter epoxy 2 inch charms. And 1 crystal acrylic charm that's also 2 inches same double sided design. (that will be another review)
THEY TURNED OUT GREAT!!! Gojo had a few scratches on the front side but it's not too noticeable. These were tests runs so I'm not too bother by the minor flaws. The colors are very vibrant and crisp. I like that even though they're epoxy they don't have a dome shape going over them, they're pretty flat when you flip them side ways. One thing I would nitpick is adding more glitter since they're so subtle it's kinda hard to tell they're there but other than that the charms are great!

I initially placed my order on July 6th and received my order on July 23rd which took an about 2-3 weeks for shipping. Even though I only ordered 3 charms Melody sent me proofs within 2-3 days which I didn't expect bc Vograce (the other manu I order from) doesn't send proofs until you order 6 or more designs. I really like that Melody sends proofs no matter how much you order bc I want to see what my designs look like before it's made in case I've made any mistakes. Even though I chose standard shipping I think the charms arrived fairly fast compared to Vograce which takes a month or more.

Overall I think Melody is a great small company to order your charms from especially if you're starting out and don't wanna order in bulk. They have no minimum order quantity which is a plus for someone who just wanna tests the waters. I'll definitely be ordering more for my Etsy! Thank you Melody keep up the good work!!

I was looking for a manufacturer with low MoQ for trial run and stumbled on Melody Charms. Despite them being a less known company, many positive reviews here encouraged me to try making keychain charms for the first time ever. I decided to order 4 pcs of Custom Epoxy Acrylic Keychain Charms, with double sided different designs and epoxy on front side, size 3".

I sent my designs at the time of ordering in June 14th. The staff kindly notified me through e-mail the next day and asked me to fix a small flaw in my designs not matching. After sending my fixed versions, the proof check came soon after in June 17th, which looked great! I also had some issues with my address at first, but after contacting the staff, they quickly solved it for me!

For shipment option I picked Standard, because I was in no particular hurry for a personal project like this, so the order took about a month to arrive. It was interesting to follow the progress of where my order was going through a tracking code I was given!
The package arrived safely in July 8th and the keychains were in great condition! Only one of them had some tiny scratches on the backside, but overall the quality was amazing! I was bit worried if they managed to print the designs well due to my coloring style mixing lost of different colors, but Melody Charms surprised me!

Unfortunately, the finished products turned out to be double sided with same design, instead of different designs which were shown to me in proof check. I contacted the staff soon regarding this issue and they offered to send a new package with correct product soon. Only few weeks later I received the double sided, different design keychains (in the pictures)!

Thank you for the kind melody Charms staff for working so fast! Due to different time zones, it took them a while to reply but they always replied kindly! This being just a small, personal experiment I didn't think a small accident like this being too bad, but I wanted to give a truthful review, so I decided to contact them to get the right product.

Overall, the experience was very positive and concluded this small project on happy note. I'll definitely order from Melody Charms again! Thank you for great customer service and amazing keychain charms! I'm looking forward to gift them to my friends and have tiny chibi Sunday accompany my travels!
